I have submitted all documents with orginal policy bond for payment of matiruty about three weeks back. I have received call from branch that they have received all documents and remitting money. Branch have also returned original bnond as cover will continue.
I am regret to inform you that till date money has not been credit in designated bank account.
Please look into it and arrange to give credit immediately.
Please refer muy earlier message, due date of payment was 15th july 2016 but still I am waiting for money.
